I’ll be at the Orlando PWG show on Sunday and I can’t wait! We’re entering the Designer Showdown again and are putting together a fun, colorful reception table that will hopefully once again take the top prize! You can get free tickets at orlando.pwgshows.com with the code: VENDOR
Looking forward to meeting some futture sassy brides and grooms!
This year we were lucky enough to attend our first ever Weddingwire World. Aisha and I both have participated in different kinds of workshops and conferences in the past but its rare that we get to attend something together. We learned so much from all the great speakers and we got to meet other certified wedding planners that are apart of The Bridal Society. The biggest take aways definitely revolved around improvements on how we approach marketing and how we can add other services that fit our skill set. We’re excited to make some sassy changes in the near future!
This year Weddingwire World was in DC so we snuck out early on the second day and did a little sight seeing. We visited the Martin Luther King Jr Memorial and my favorite Smithsonian: the Natural History Museum.
I decided to break March up into two posts since it was beginning to look like an essay instead of a blog post! Two days after the Women’s Center 40th Anniversary event we had Angie & Mike’s wedding at Up the Creek Farms. They were such a fun loving, laid back couple and more importantly they were recommended to us by our FIRST couple, Christian and Pat! Pat and Mike are cousins and it was so cool to have a wedding where we felt like we already knew half of the family! We can’ t wait to see photos by Verola Photography but in the meantime here a few shots we snapped:
The day BEFORE Angie & Mike’s wedding we did a branding shoot with our fave, Caroline Julianna Photography. Caroline is moving to Oregon next month so it was really great for Aisha and I to do a shoot together with her before the goes! We’ll be using some of the photos in our new branding materials…here’s a little sneak peek!
